Acavallo® Arena Alupro stirrups feature an innovative, patented side-opening design developed through years of research and development.
Made using an innovative injection-moulding technique, the stirrups combine high-tech metal with flexible polymers. Their construction offers a more comfortable, less rigid feel than traditional stirrups.
The stainless-steel upper part of the footboard has long horizontal holes that help prevent sand and dirt from accumulating and provide optimal grip in all conditions. Stainless steel also helps protect against corrosion. The stress-activated locking and release mechanism is positioned 1 cm above the tread to help prevent accidental lateral slipping and reduce the risk of sand and dirt delaying the arm’s opening in an emergency.
