The Acavallo® Piuma Aero Balance Withers-Free Flat Pad combines EVA material with Acavallo Gel for a balance of lightweight construction and shock absorption. Practical and functional, it is designed for comfort and performance.
Extremely lightweight and low-profile, in keeping with the Piuma line, the pad reduces bulk under the saddle while allowing the horse freedom of movement. Its shock-absorbing system distributes pressure during activity, helping protect the horse’s back during intense and prolonged sessions.
The withers-free design helps avoid compression around the withers and improve saddle fit. Gel inserts with hexagonal holes promote ventilation, allowing air to circulate and helping keep the horse’s back cool and dry. Made from EVA, a high-performance thermoplastic material, the pad combines a discreet profile with practical functionality.
