Acavallo® contoured bit guards are made from Classic Gel and offer a soft, anatomical fit for your horse.
Their concave inner surface and convex outer surface help protect the labial commissures from rubbing. The guards allow natural bit mobility and chewing. Once fitted to the bit, the gel holds them securely in position to prevent rotation or unwanted movement, making them suitable for all equestrian disciplines.
For fitting, widen the gel guards by hand, pass them over the bit and position them at the desired ends. Acavallo® Classic Gel is hypoallergenic and non-toxic, and is safe for direct contact with the skin. It absorbs shocks, relieves pressure and combines lightweight construction with extreme elasticity and easy maintenance.
